- SuperSports Plus (Ch 21) will be available when there is a simulcast of matches.
- Cricket Extra (Ch111) will be available when there is a simulcast of matches on ESPN STAR Sports Platform.

- Complimentary Tier and Interactive TV are free to StarHub TV residential customers who subscribe to minimum 3 Basic Groups with HubStation, HubStation HD, Digital or HD set-top box. HD5 is available only on HD set-top box or HubStation HD.
- Installation charge of $32.10 applies for first set-top box / HubStation / HubStation HD and $16.05 for each subsequent set-top box / HubStation / HubStation HD installed on the same trip at the same service address.
- The monthly rental charge for HubStation HD, HubStation and HD set-top box used as the main box is $14.98, $8.56 and $6.42 respectively. The monthly rental charge for HubStation HD, HubStation and HD set-top box used as additional box is $23.54, $17.12 and $14.98 respectively.
- A monthly service charge of $8.56 per additional HubStation, HubStation HD or HD set-top box also applies for access to cable TV content on additional HubStation, HubStation HD or HD set-top boxes that are purchased and owned by customers or rented from StarHub.
- An early termination charge of $64.20 is applicable to new customers if the subscription period is less than 3 months.
